What To Expect

This retreat is a day of returning to yourself.

The morning is all about remembrance with a guided meditation and soundbath to help you soften, give thanks to yourself, and reconnect with the parts of you that get buried under responsibility. We follow this with a light walk around the beautiful grounds. It is grounding. It is protective. It is a quiet coming home.

The afternoon is where insight becomes movement. Guided journalling to translate what’s rising, followed by a practical workshop to help you anchor that inner shift into your real, everyday life.

We end with a closing ceremony of gratitude, integration, and a gentle sealing of everything you’ve reclaimed.

A day to remember who you are. A day to root back into your own life. A day that changes how you carry yourself forward.

And here's my story

After 15 years of nursing, I hit breaking point. I’d given everything - my time, my energy, my identity - until there was nothing left for me.

I broke down. I felt invisible. I didn’t know how to come back from it.

But I did.

Through deep healing, embracing my true self, and rebuilding my mindset, I found a new way to live and work in a way that honours my wellbeing instead of sacrificing it.

Now I help others do the same.

What do I need to bring with me?

Just yourself, a blanket and a cushion. Weather dependent we will spend some time outside so a coat is advisable (just in case). Everything else is provided.

I have a food allergy - how do I let you know?

Please contact me directly at [email protected]. We can have a conversation to ensure your needs are met.

What happens if I fall asleep?

We will let you sleep. You obviously need it and you are in a safe space.

What happens if I can't attend the day?

A full refund will be issued with more than 30 days notice, or you can use this on a future retreat. Cancellations within 30 days incur a 50% refund, and less than 7 days incur 75% of the full fee unless the place can be allocated to someone else.
